  Had a reservation, however they didn’t actually set a table aside for us, so they sat us at a 6 top table. We offered to move to a two top when it came open 10min later (when the waiter finally arrived to greet us), she said it was reserved. Then two minutes later came back and asked us to move to the other table 🤦🏽‍♀️. We moved and then the napkin set they had over at the new table was dirty, clearly not laundered. They were out of menu items, so we had to change our order. It was overly loud that our ears were hurting. The food was decent, however not “pretty” in any fashion. Atmosphere just wasn’t working. Maybe it was a rough night, but the negatives highly outweighed anything else. While the waitress was nice, there was a huge lack in actual service.

  Food wasn't anywhere close to authentic or cheap authentic Italian food. Marsala sauce was like brown gravy you put on mashed potatoes. Lemon butter sauce was same thing thick and nasty not a thin coating like it's supposed to be. Bread was good with their signature dip. Other than that 🤢🤮🤑🤑. Expensive for disgusting food.

  The food was great and the wait staff was awesome. Bartender called out so no cocktails, but our waiter saw we were disappointed that my wife couldn't get a mocktail so he put on his apothecary hat and gave it a go. Really went the extra mile! The only awful part about the dinner was the photographer. He was interrupting conversations and meals, portraying himself as "restaurant photographer" (which we took to mean working for pignetti's) and taking pictures. He'd put the pictures on the table after interrupting a meal and only then would he try to charge money for the pictures. It came across as a scam mixed with pressure sales tactics and was difficult to fathom why a nice restaurant would allow that. Would have been straight 5 star review without that aspect.

  This was my first time there. It was Valentine’s Day and the Waitress (Stephanie) was GREAT!! 10 out of 10!! She knew the menu, the entire wine list and everything that she suggested was absolutely AMAZING!! She made Us feel like she was personally there just for US ONLY!! I can’t make this up!! Stephanie didn’t miss a beat! Now to the food! I can’t tell you enough about this place. The food was delicious! They have this amazing BUTTER and SEASONED OIL (yes you can buy from them) I had to get me some for home!! The bread was just right!! The wine!! Yep Stephanie also suggested the wine! Excellent also!! Almost drunk the whole bottle by myself!!! Anyway I purchased a bottle to take home as well!! If you haven’t been here before, it’s a MUST THAT YOU TRY THIS AMAZING RESTAURANT!! I promise you that you won’t be disappointed!!!! 🥰❤️😋

  My wife and I went here for our wedding anniversary dinner on a Thursday night, in which we booked a reservation weeks prior. Showed up for our reservation and proceeded to wait an hour to be sat while other larger parties were sat before us. I guess reservations don’t mean anything here? Food was delicious as always, but can’t say the same for the service.
