I am disappointed on how McDonald's continues to out price their products and expect people to continue to afford to buy from them. What's even upsetting is they continue to pay their employees low wages all the while continue to hijack their customers.

Had to go in the store and ask for my food. 1 time they told me to just go directly to the drive thru window and say that I didn't get my order. The next time I did that the lady went off on me. Management here this most recent visit just stood there and did nothing while my food was cold and already ready. Still had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to get the management to actually give me the opportunity to tell them I never got my food and they cleared it from the app. Frappe machine is ALWAYS broken every time I have gone.
