  Extreemly slow, out of Dr. Pepper. 2 stars is a little generous. The person talking on the intercom mumbled and made very little since.

  They’re very slow. it takes more than 20 minutes just to place an order at the drive-thru.

  Over all it8 allcommercial no warmth food is pre frozen pre cooked and bland very poor quality plus employees lie when asked if they have half @ half they say yes when it's been years they took out the half @ half and replaced it for artificial creamer they use to have great coffee because of the quality of coffee and the half and half they and dunking donuts where the one that started serving there coffees with half and half they set the standard and had the best coffee better than Starbucks. There i think I said what I've been wanting to say.

  Person taking the order seemed to not be paying attention as I had to repeat half of my order in the drive through. The line moved very slowly and when I went to pay the cashier had a very flat and non inviting attitude. Then again after paying had to wait for what for quite a while until I was able to get to the pick up window. For as long as it took to get to the pick up window you would assumed that my order would have been ready but then again had to wait for quite a few minutes until I received all of my order. Although the guy at the pick up window was polite/had a friendly demeanor to him and had the service not already been so bad might have turned the experience around. I wish I was able to catch his name so I could give him credit. That being said I would not recommend this location and next time will go to the location down the road.
