Run down, old, too crowded, and unsafe.
Temple needs a modern HEB, bigger, safer, and fun to shop at.
Both HEB's in Temple are dinky.

I love & depend on this H-E-B, especially the amazing fruit - consistently excellent & variety, too. These folks are friendly, hard-working, and helpful. My feedback is well-received - I think y'all got everything I ever asked about. The store always looks great, too. Thank y'all!

I love this store but I had a bad experience today while shopping there.
I know food is expensive but they charged me over $8 for 4 chicken thighs at the HEB on W adams. There was not a price tag on the food and I was nice enough to pay for my food and get out of line for them to do a price check Richard (bagger) came back with this label on it and I told him when I scanned it at self check out, that its showing a picture of a whole rotisserie chicken and it's mislabeled. He had a major attitude and started shaking it above his head while going back to the Deli with Shelly. Shelly (Team lead) said it was the right price tag and pretty much told me I can buy it or not. Common sense told me it was mislabeled. I called HEB on 31st and they confirmed I was overcharged. Please be cautious who you put in charge of your store. Dont treat your customers like that.

This store repackages and changes the date on their chicken then sales to customers. I bought a package of chicken legs got home and opened the package and there was ice on the bottom of the chicken and it looked old and dry. They also sales package salad with current expire dates but when opened salad has brown and wilted lettuce inside.
