Love collecting stickers and chatting with the same baristas when I do swing through. Unfortunately on Christmas Eve I decided I wanted a frozen Christmas morning chai, special treat! Decide to go to the window instead of drive through, busy day, wait time = 30+ minutes… okay can deal- it’s the holidays after all. Drink is not frozen, it’s liquid, Take the first sip of my drink, have to chew, assuming it was sprinkles, as I’m chewing, (and still chewing) my husband tries the drink and spits out “said sprinkles” the sprinkles, were actually blended up hard plastic. Drink is taken back to the window with zero concern, apologies etc. pure “inconvenience” attitude from the stuck-up barista. Maybe spoke all of 2 words, none of which were “I sincerely apologize for blending plastic into your drink” , and/or taking the drink back. At this point I just got over being sick and have Crohn’s, I don’t need to ingest plastic. Fill in shift lead gave my money back after I asked for a refund, I don’t want a new drink, and apologized about the barista poor attitude. (Dutch bros is KNOWN for their overly peppy baristas, the first lady needs a different job if you cannot provide customer service, let alone for your own health/safety risk you caused). I will not go back to ANY Dutch bros nor recommend to anyone coming from out of state, which is unfortunate. I can chew on plastic for less than $8. Do better.

Having recently traveled and being introduced to 7 brew, I thought Dutch bros would be equally as good. Not quite by a long shot. Today I ordered a caramel Machiato hot, with raw sugar and it was terribly disappointing. It tasted like old gas station coffee, with not a hint of either caramel or sugar. I was already down the road by the time I tried it so there was no turning back at this point. I'm sure I've wasted 5 bucks on plenty of other worthless things, and this goes right to the top of that list. I was really hoping it would be good, but it was afternoon and maybe the workers were to tired and didn't want to make a decent coffee or the coffee itself just isn't that great. No matter what the issue was, next time I'll make my own coffee at home where at least I know it will be fresh and good.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
