- BHBrendon HoganFeb 12, 20262.0I always use order ahead and I don’t think the drinks have ever been ready as promised. Today will probably be the last time I come here. Placed the order for 1115 AM pickup time at 1059 am. Arrived at the window at 1112 AM and they had not even been started yet. Told maybe 5 minutes for them to be ready, checked in again at 1122am and still not even started. Finally done at 1129am. This would not be a big deal if I weren’t on a schedule and hadn’t planned on the pick up time being met or close to met. The one off 35 never has a problem and they’re always ready on time. The staff are nice and the drinks are good and well priced, just need to work on a better workflow to remain on time I guess.

How are there only four of us in line yet I sit there for almost 20 minutes and still haven’t even gotten to place my order yet and I end up having to leave because I’m going to be late for work. I just wasted 20 minutes of my life. I will never get back and this isn’t the first time that’s happened.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
