No hello or any acknowledgement (we were the only ones in the store). At the ice cream counter the lady said “What do you want?” with an attitude. I ordered our ice cream and the coffee. She tells me she is out of coffee milk and can’t make it. Nothing else. No, “I could do this drink instead.” My husband also said he has had only negative experiences there. They yelled at him through the drive through once or ordering through door dash. They thought he was a driver and needed to go in, he was a direct customer and could pick it up through the drive through. We probably won’t be returning with other, more friendly establishments like Dutch Bros and Summer Moon.

Ariana remembered me on the second visit and even remembered what happened when I was in there. That's crazy! This girl is super smart and absolutely going to take over the world one day.
