If zero stars were an option, this place would win without competition. I’ve had problems here before, but today was the last straw. The guy at the window acted like acknowledging customers was a personal inconvenience—short, rude, and dripping with passive-aggressive attitude. I’ve been told multiple times at this exact location that a bowl comes with a dressing, yet today I was suddenly informed that “you only get one with salads.” The inconsistency would almost be funny if it weren’t so pathetic. My two tortillas? Glued together, dried out, and basically fossilized. And out of five separate orders, every single one had chicken that was dry, burnt, and barely even there. Impressive, really—consistency at its worst. I’m beyond disappointed. At this point, removing this location from the map would be a bigger improvement than anything they could accomplish with “staff changes.”

Asked for salad dressings, was told no because we didn’t get a salad even though previously it’s always been a salad or a bowl that you can get dressing with, and when we offered to pay for it the young guy ignored us and just shut the window. So incredibly rude and a sad little girl at home without her favorite dressing.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews. However, this place is unsanitary and filthy. 715 pm - There aren’t many cars in the parking lot. There are 3 teens at a table around the corner. There are 3 employees taking a meal break. Otherwise the restaurant is empty. Every table is filthy. The floors are dirty. One bathroom is out of order. The food was cold as if the meat had been sitting out all day. The sides and condiments had been cross contaminated. They are out of tortillas for tacos, fajita veggies and lettuce. The sour cream is melted. The kitchen looked just as filthy as the dining room. The drink area is absolutely disgusting. One agua Fresca is completely empty. Do better Chipotle. Someone is going to get incredibly sick eating here. I cannot believe the health department hasn’t shut them down yet.

Chipotle are you freaking kidding me?! It’s been a long time since I’ve been so something obviously changed. I get a salad and ask for the shredded lettuce instead asked for a little bit more. I was charged an extra $1.60 for lettuce! I wasn’t told it was extra as it wasn’t the last time I went (been a couple years). I asked what extra and they said the lettuce as it’s company policy to only get two scoops of it. IT’S FREAKING LETTUCE! The cheapest thing for your costs in food probably and you charge extra for it?! No wonder the stock has tanked. Things like this make people not want to come back. I for sure won’t be.
