  I so badly want to love it, but the inconsistency in my drinks continues to leave me disappointed. My drinks almost never taste like coffee and are super light in color. When I order an extra shot the shade and taste is no different. The times that I have asked about my drink being wrong they don’t offer to remake it but instead tell me that it was made correctly. I hate to say it but I will be taking my business elsewhere because I don’t enjoy being treated like an inconvenience when asking what I paid for.

  When I first pulled up, there were 4 cars, including mine. There were 3 people at the car beside me awing over a dog- the person taking the order and 2 others, I’m assuming from inside (which wasn’t a big deal, I get it- we all have those moments where we step away for enjoyment). I finally get up to where they take my order and the workers and music are so loud (I’m talking the workers were yelling and screaming) that she can’t even hear me, I can hardly hear myself. I told her how unprofessional it was and that she might be able to hear their customers if they would turn the music down. Her response, “I’m sorry you feel that way.” I’m not sure if there was just lack of leadership or management today or if this is the typical norm for this location but it was a very bad first impression! I typically visit the Waco location and the line is sometimes wrapped around the building and I still place my order and receive my drink faster than I did at this location today with minimal customers. They have the music on there as well and everyone is enjoying themselves but it is much more controlled and professional. I get having a fun and positive work environment, but this seemed a little out of control.

  First time and last time to ever visit this place. Very bad customer service. I waited forever To order my coffee, other vehicles came up behind me and was able to order first and leave before they even noticed I was behind the first car in the first lane. It’s definitely not first come first serve. I Didn’t even get to taste their coffee. Waste of time.

  Went there today with my sister for the friendship bracelets. We got there anout 6:45ish and was told bracelets were going out at 7am on the dot. Okay that's fine. I got the strawberry dipped cold brew, and it was the worst tasting cold brew I have ever had. We went thru the line again at 7am and ordered two drinks for our parents and got one bracelet. When I brought up how I did not like the taste of the cold brew as it tasted way too watered down. I was told they dont remake/exchange any drink unless it taste bad/expired. I would assume watered down cold brew would be in that category but the purple haired girl was not willing to budge so we just got the two drinks. Pulling up to the area where the workers are the music is sooo loud I rolled up my windows. There was a lot of messing around and groups of kids talking. I asked if my drink could be thrown away since I wasn't going to drink it but was told they cant take 'trash' from vehicles. That upset me because it just made it seem like they already knew it wasn't good and didnt want to bother to at least remake it. They were not busy at all. I tried to give it a chance but I will be keeping my business with Dutch Bros as they have always made situations right and go above and beyond to help.
