  I have been a Domino's Rewards member for a very long time. They have been sending me numerous texts and emails about their 50% off special, so I tried ordering a pizza on the app last night to carry out from this location in Temple. The app was not working and had many technical errors, so I called directly to this location to place an order. I asked the girl who took my order if they would honor the 50% off special over the phone and she said yes because the Dominos app has not been working. I placed the order with her, and she gave me a total price and said it would be ready in about 15 minutes. I drove all the way over there to pick it up and the toothless woman who was working the pick-up window gave me a higher price when I got ready to pay. I told her that I was given a lower price over the phone and she went to get the manager. I explained to him that I was given the total over the phone but was now being asked to pay a higher price. Instead of simply making it right and honoring the price I was given when placing the order, he argued and said that the girl who took my order made a mistake. I told him that he should have trained her better because it was not my fault. He wouldn't budge, so I told him he could just eat it himself because I was not paying more for my order due to their mistake. He acted upset and slammed the window on me! It truly amazes me how so many businesses put these young people in charge as store managers when they have no customer service training or experience dealing with customers who feel they have been wronged! All they know how to do is run off regular, long-time customers instead of offering to make the situation right to show they appreciate the customer's business! It is so much easier to keep existing customers happy to keep them coming back than it is to get all new customers! Since it is very obvious they do not appreciate my business, I won't ever be back again! See ya!

  Why does the website say 2 for 6.99 each and when place an order it say 9.99?

  Overall, not bad I ordered two pizzas the first was great and the second was okay. The second had very little cheese. Overall I will give this location another chance.

  Called and placed an order for two pizzas went to pick them up one of the girls in the back said give them the employee discount. She was referring to some other people that had walked in the kid gave the employee discount to me. Then they said that they needed to re-ring my order to charge me more and that my credit card would not be credited back until that evening or the next morning I told them I wanted something in documentation to show that I would be getting credited back because at this point I was being charged twice. The kid at the counter, proceeded to raise his voice at me. The manager called his name out, and he walked away from the counter, leaving me, standing there with nobody helping me at the counter and being double charged I asked who the manager was. The gentleman said I am never walked to the counter to help me or deal with the matter.. I left with two pizzas being charged for four pizzas. Careful when ordering pizza from this location. Would love to have the owner contact me

  For close to 2 years the Dominoes on West Adams has delivery issues that have not been fixed. We placed an order on line and after 30 minutes the Manager from 31st street informs us that they cant deliver and there is no way to route the order to the right store. This could have been identified prior to processing and having to refund payment. My card was ran needlessly. They are less than 1 mile from Lake Pointe and the Terrace, but can't deliver. The website places the order takes payment then sends the Order across Temple on 31st street to a store that can't deliver. I went to the Adams location and asked for the contact number for the District Manager's from the shift lead who lied, spoke ill of the 31st street Dominoes manager and said the District Manager's was called to see if he would give permission to provide a customer the phone number to a District manager for a legit issue that not only impacts a community but the profits of the business. There were two employees with very long hair and no hair net. Very unprofessional too. The employees seemed annoyed that they had to deal with a customer. This is an ongoing issue with them and they don't apply solutions, they speak badly about other Dominoes stores. The West Adams location had a fleet of delivery vehicles ane not one could make a trip around the corner and less than 3 minutes away. That is sad. I had to drive to Marcos and they hooked us up. The order was ready in less than 8 minutes and they were friendly and efficient. The pizza tasted a whole lot better too.
