  I wanted to give this place a fair chance, but after multiple visits, it is clear that quality control is non-existent at this location. The food is almost always wrong! missing items, wrong sides, or incorrect orders entirely. When you bring it up to the staff, they are defensive and rude rather than apologetic. One of the times they forgot my chicken sandwich and checked the bag, not only once but twice, because the kitchen said, they put the sandwich in the bag, are you kidding me! WOW. I could keep going on with more awful experiences. It is frustrating to spend money here to be treated like an inconvenience and receive the incorrect food all the time. I believe it’s worth the drive to the other location on 31st.

  This is my second time at this location and I think I will Make the trip to the CFA on 31st. So far each time I’ve been here it takes a good 10mi+ just to get your order in and then another 5 or so minutes to get your food . I’m not sure what happened over the years but the CFA i remember i NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes for food and the food was always hot and fresh tasting. The one on 31st always gets me in and out so I’ll stick to that one.

  Love this location! We never have issues here, we always get exactly what we ordered, the staff is friendly and we get our order very fast. Last time we went our order took longer than normal (still didn’t take too long tho) and the manager Brook B. Was incredibly kind, genuine and apologetic. She gave us two free desserts and a card. Very friendly and respectful. We are super appreciative of the hard work and kindness here!

  Don't order a Market Salad. They are small and very expensive. They didn't put all the ingredients that were listed on the Menu. They don't make people go to the assigned parking spots but rather have them all backed up in line behind a stopped car.

  Nick was my server he was the most friendly person I’ve ever met at a chic-fila! He’s awesome! Yall need a Nick at every location! He made sure I got the app for points! There’s multiple locations in temple but I will definitely be coming to Adam’s location as long as Nick is there! Have fun on your trip Nick! Thanks for being so friendly and kind!
