  The woman with dark blonde and black/brown curly hair is extremely rude. Cutting me off mid sentence and forgot to give me me part of my order. Didnt give me a receipt and treated me with disrespect amd poor service. The other women there are nice but thay woman really shouldn't be working in customer service. Food was cold on a Ruben which is gross. Fries were cold and they charged me for a sandwhich they forgot to give.

  This place was awful. Awful service. Workers yelling and being rude to customers. Poor elderly couple walked in and they were rude about being out of an item. The girl up front rolled her eyes and laughed at the couple. Door dasher came in and they were out of gyros and he was trying to figure it out and she shooed him away. I don’t know what this establishment is doing but it’s not it. Food all on the floor and sticky.

  I just went through the drive thru at the Arby’s in West Adams and although i love Arby’s i will never again stop at this location. I order the crispy chicken box and the good tasted like it was a week old. The chicken was overcooked and very cold, the tomatoes were rotten and the mayo tasted stale. Fries were stale and cold, the peach cobbler roll was burnt and the iced tea contained more sugar than water. I ended throwing the entire meal away since i only have a short time for lunch. I tried calling the phone number on the receipt and apparently that is a Marketing office. I called the number on google it rings three times a recording says good bye and hungs up. Disgusting!!

  Ordered a full meal but was apparently put on a strict 2-packet Arby’s sauce diet 😂 I asked for a couple more and was told I’d have to buy an entire bottle… for sauce. Didn’t realize sauce was a luxury item now 😅 I get not overdoing it, but come on—some of us like our sandwiches saucy. Sandwich was good… but dry 😭 Kinda took the enjoyment out of the meal… so I guess a 2-star experience feels fitting.
