  As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by a very nice young man (Malachi -- forgive me if the spelling is wrong) who was working very hard to tidy up and run the front. He said, "Hello! I'll be with you in a moment!" as he finished up his task. He promptly came to the counter to take our order and was very pleasant the entire time. DQ Tatum, give Malachi a raise or make him a manager! You've got an employee with good customer service skills and good work ethic! The food was hot and made to order! The veggies were crisp and fresh! Great as always. Delicious!

  This Dairy Queen is the worst I’ve ever been to. The service is ungodly slow even if you just order ice cream. It’s not uncommon to be sitting at the speaker for over 5 minutes when there’s only one other car in front of you and an empty dining room. It seems like the employees don’t care and management is non existent. The only thing saving this location is the fact that there’s barely anything else in Tatum for people to spend their money on.

  Waiting for someone to take my order, no one ever noticed me nor greeted me, I asked is anyone going to take my order? They walked and talked to each other and never noticed me.. meanwhile the cooks touching everything from front counter to back counter even their phones never washing their hands, then put on gloves to handle food. What a good way of getting food poisoning. Got to do better then this.

  Took over 30 minutes for 2 burgers dining in, while 10 cars went through the drive through during that time.
