  The food and atmosphere are typical of any Taco Bell, but I have never in my life been to a slower "fast food" place! Even with only a few cars in the drive through and 1 or 2 ordering inside it has been over 30 minutes of waiting to get my food on several occasions! I won't go there any longer except for work, and even then I try to avoid it! Oh, and the men's restroom hasn't had a soap dispenser for at least 3 months, so I wouldn't bet on male employees washing their hands!

  Stop being at this Taco Bell this evening student lobby for a good long time waiting to be helped. After a good period of time and realizing no one was going to help I asked if someone was going to take my order. The guy on the make line pointed at the self-serve machines and then a lady come walking around and said we don't take orders but I can show you how to use the kiosk. She actually told me they do not take orders. I told her that if they had no intention of taking my order that I had no intention of eating there. Then she walks around the counter and again says I can show you how to use the kiosk. Well I'm sorry but if you have enough time to show me how to use the kiosk you have enough time to take my order so I walked out without being served. And if that is Taco Bell's new way of doing business I will stop at going to Taco Bell.

  Avoid this location. Slow service is an insult to the word slow. Restaurant was dirty and employees did acknowledge. After 20 minutes without food I demanded a refund. Wed March 25 at 7pm

  Slowest and worst service in Sweetwater by far. Management needs to go, it’s not a mystery as to why they’re always hiring.
