- AAAnnaApr 2, 20261.0This place used to be really good, but with the sky high prices and the last two times I’ve been there they have been out of bread and tortillas for wraps, it just isn’t worth it. I have gone in at 10 AM, an hour after they opened, and they don’t have anything ready because they “just opened,” even when they serve a full breakfast menu. I went in another night relatively close to closing and they wouldn’t serve me, shouting “we are closed!” as soon as I opened the door (even though it was Five minutes before closing and three people had just walked in 30 seconds before me). Atrocious service, unavailable sandwiches…. I wish this sandwich shop would close and let a local place come in
- RHraven hendrixMar 3, 20261.0Unfortunately this is not the subway it used to be. The staff is slow, they are never prepared for a lunch rush. It takes at least 20mins to get your food. If you do a mobile order it takes even longer about 45mins. Ive gone 3 different times over the last few months and my experience gets worse every time

Only had one type of cheese & bread available to order. Girl making the sandwiches got on the phone for 5 minutes to talk to her boss about the days she needed off in the middle of taking our order, while a guy making bread was grabbing cheese with his bare hands. Then they couldn’t decide who was going to ring us up, or how to ring us up. Let’s just say we won’t be back for quite a bit, if again.
