  We got $11 worth of food and we were at the second window and asked if we could add a small water…add as in pay for it… and the manager told us “uhhhh no” handed us our food and closed the window. She literally just needed a small cup of ice water. Not a very good manager choice.

  The person who got order thru drive thru was nice but I couldn't barely hear each other. When I pull up to get my order they tried to have me "my order" which was wrong and told them it wasn't my order. D the lady made a face and told which looked like the manager basically drop my order hard on the table as if it me or the lady was our fault. I understand we are humans but given attitude to a customer and your employees is not right when it's their fault for not paying attention. O I must add I wanted a hot latte but the drive thru didn't hear so she put cold . At the window I told them I wanted hot. I pull forward to wait, the same lady gave me an ugly look. When I opened my latte it was half cup full and it was more foam. I don't know how to upload a picture. Terrible

  If you don’t mind waiting 20 minutes and never getting your food, this is the place for you!!!! Pathetic!!

  I've never left a review but I for sure needed to leave one for this place. First of all, I walked into the men's restroom and there was water all over the floor. One sink was just leaking all the water onto the floor instead of going down the drain. An employee walked in and right out of the restroom like he never saw anything. Second, the restroom said it hadn't been cleaned since 2/23/26 and I'm leaving this review on 3/19/26. That's disgusting and if they have cleaned it since then they should probably post something in there that they have. Third, the whole restaurant floor was sticky and they just placed caution cones around the place to make it seem like they cared. And LASTLY, we waited 35 minutes for a simple 3 meal order, nothing crazy at all. We wanted a quick in and out so we could get back on the road but instead waited forever to get our food. That's ridiculous for it being fast food and it was not that busy! Again I've never left a review anywhere but i definitely needed to here. Maybe it was just bad timing but i definitely wouldn't recommend coming here! Save yourself the headache and your time!

  If I could give their service a 0 I would. Very upset! Got our order completely wrong and forgot to put one of drinks on the order. When we asked them they questioned us as if we were trying to get a free drink. After haggling us at the pickup window she finally took payment (claiming she had no register to take payment and tried to send us back through the line) and gave us our other drink. After getting home and opening the bag we did not get anything we order. Guess it’s our fault should’ve checked the bag.
