Matthew in the drive thru was hustling hard, but for some reason all the drive thru customers were getting their orders faster than those of us in the lobby. Matthew was very apologetic and was the only crew member to stock the napkins, sauces, etc. He's a valuable employee!

It is not a worker that takes your order it is something like an automated message. But of course she takes your order. I tried to replace something on one of my orders but I guess the computer didn't understand so I was unable to change it.
