  Old little lady tonight 4/15 working the middle of the line was acting like every scoop came out her pocket. Very rude old lady. People like that affects the whole crews tips

  This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle Mexican Grill. The portions were ridiculously tiny, like they were barely giving any food at all. On top of that, the soda was completely flat and there wasn’t even any ice. Everything about the visit felt low quality and disappointing. Definitely not coming back.

  I don’t typically leave bad reviews anywhere. My new job is in the area and I usually eat chipotle for lunch as it’s usually consistent. I’ve been here 5 times over the last 2 weeks. Every time there is people inside but never open in time. And they usually have a horrible attitude once they do open. I’m typing this as I sit outside the door 20 mins after open. And I’m sure I’ll be met with the same bothered attitude once I get in.

  Took deadass 20 minutes to get served and we were first in line. Never seen a chipotle before so stingy with portion sizes. Please reconsider the people working here. God forbid people do their job right. Very disappointed

  This is disgusting. Horrible First Experience - Disgusting Service & Toxic Management ( focused solely at Susie) This was my first time ever going to Chipotle, and I will NEVER come back or support this store again in my life. As a pregnant woman who had been working all day and was starving, this was a nightmare experience. Another staff member apologized after accidentally waving a broom near me, which threw dirt on me, and offered me a free queso/chipotle to make up for it. However, a woman named Susie, who didn't see what happened, started loud, unprofessional complaining, shouting at him, 'Ask your manager if you’re gonna give free stuff away, go call her see what she says “ while openly mocking me and the other staff member. He mentioned many times if it’s their first time they get a free queso in some instances (Clearly waving a broom at me woulda been cause for a free makeup snack) I was fully willing to spend $30 every single time I came here, but I will not spend a dime. The staff needs better training, and Susie needs to be fired. Extremely disgusting behavior and treatment of customers!!! Also, they all started loudly talking about me and the situation while I was still standing there in the store absolutely disgrace. I really wish they would just give me a refund. It’s a waste of my money. This woman, Suzi better not be as an anything of a manager because of the way that she can make people feel and the nonsense she does as a living. She’s supposed to be older than all of those kids Working ?????and she is the most childish one !!!???? the Curley headed tall guy in the back was the one that had to “shush “her and he’s probably a 19-year-old child. These people are disgusting and inappropriate.
