His people skills are lacking and it shows in how he treats his customers. My pizza was made wrong. I was supposed to pick it up carside delivery at 7:09. When I arrived someone came out to let me know my pizza was made wrong and I needed to wait for another to be made. I told him I would wait but I wanted a refund. He went inside to speak with Corey who said he is the DM and Corey sent his worker back out to tell me no refund only lava cakes. I declined and came inside with my 3 small kids 1,3,5 all crying and asked to speak with Corey. When he came over he told me he could not give me a refund because he did not give me the wrong pizza physically. Since they caught it I don’t deserve a refund. I had to wait until 7:30 for my pizza inside with my 3 kids. Corey argued with me in front of staff and was very unprofessional. My pizza was made wrong, I was yelled at by someone who represents himself as DM of dominos telling me I will be banned from his store and I waited 21 extra minutes and I was declined a refund. Corey makes Dominos look bad and they need to look into him.
