  Ordered four cups of route 44 ICE, and a rt 44 cherry limeade with extra cherry syrup and 4 extra cherry. I had to go in the business and asked for manager. A ladies came out and I told her about limeade that did not have extra syrup and only 2 cherry. She said she would make another one. Then some Mexican man came out ot building and handed me drink NO ice!!! Very rude when I asked him, he walked off saying they were very short staff.

  The WORST fast food in town as far as service. Girl on speaker was rude. Didn’t even give time to order before talking again louder. Same girl opened the window and said “here” and then slammed the window. Got home and the attached photo is how the food was. Smashed and flat.

  Ordered through the app and it said it would be ready at a certain time, and it wasn't ready for another 15mins. I asked for ranch for two of my items and got marinara instead. They also added lime to one of our drinks when it wasn't supposed to have it.

  Made a simple order and they got it wrong. When I asked them to correct it they took my order back and refused to give me a refund. This was all handled by the “manager”. I asked for the owner’s phone number and they gave me the corporate voicemail. STILL HAVEN’T SPOKEN TO AN OWNER OR GOT MY MONEY BACK. WORSE STORE IN TOWN
