I got the new Big Arch and it was gross, I gave it to my dogs. I don't like the new restaurant set up either, I can't see who is making my food or how. The crew member that gave me my food was putting it on a shelf instead of handing it to me when I was right there. If this is how McDonald's is going to be... I'm done. Mr. Richard and Maurice McDonald would be so disappointed in what corporate has done with their dream.
