  I had a great experience at Subway thanks to John-Paul. He was very friendly, professional, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. He kept a positive attitude the entire time and made the visit feel welcoming and efficient. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about customer service. Employees like John-Paul are the reason I enjoy coming back to this location. It's too bad that i went to the same location they canned him, bad establishment

  There is a serious safety for customers issue at this store that several customers were victims of today. All three of the workers preparing sandwiches today were accosting customers in an extremely threatening manner. I've never seen this before in a restaurant. It's imperative that management look at surveillance video to see what happened. As far as what happened to me, the first who was a woman became verbally abusive when I asked her to change her gloves, she passed over a roll without meat on it when I asked for turkey. When I asked her to put meat she initially refused. A customer before me was being accosted by another male employee about her coupon and when she asked to speak to a manager he told her they don't have a manager. Another customer was yelled at by another man for asking for a vegetable to be put on her sandwich. I've never seen a scene like this at any restaurant in my life and on top of the from all the employees at the same time in such a threatening manner. I seriously think there will be a physical confrontation with a customer if this continues. This location is a threat to public safety if these employees are not dealt with. One customer, my neighbor was taking a video and said he will be posting on YouTube with the stores location.

  Absolutely horrible service! Their ap makes you believe they do curbside pickup and tells you they will bring the sandwich out to you. However they do not honor this. They let you wait outside and keep hanging up the phone. To make matters worse, in my 3 visits there, they've gotten the order wrong each time or used stale bread. The manager mocks customers and bullies her employees. Avoid this place at all costs.
