- LLLaibaDec 19, 20251.0Naveen/Naveed completely messed up the UberEats order. he accepted my order knowing that he didn’t have the veggie patty available and then when I got there, told me to cancel it on my end. I cancelled it and didn’t get the refund, although he said I would. I called UberEats to try and sort it out and they said they could not refund because Subway had accepted my order before I cancelled. i told this to Naveen and he showed no interest and instead blamed me for not wanting a replacement. His behavior was unacceptable and rude. Never ordering from here again.

The lady employee was at the counter and I knocked at her several times to please open the door I was freezing in the cold outside. And she would just look at me and continue to ignore me and did whatever she needed to do at the register. This is our neighborhood Subway and it was always good in the past when it was owned by a family, but now the quality has gone really down since the new ownership and I’m so sad that I won’t be coming here anymore because it was so convenient. Terrible service!
