I confirmed on the app, that I did it right on the app, and placed custom instructions to try and elevate any issues the second time. Not sure what staff or management has going on, but they must not want customers coming back. I’m sure they don’t “need” me as a customer, but they certainly lost me as a customer. With has clean as the app is, and as clear as custom instructions were, it’s almost like they’re purposely trying to mess it up.
