    i called and they don’t close for another 10 minutes and she said she can’t make our pizza it takes 12 minutes… okay then why even pick up the phone in the first place if you’re going to decline my order?? shitty new years service

    TERRIBLE service. I ordered my pizza it came super quick. Only for me to open the door and the driver basically threw it at me, (they looked like it was a DoorDash driver), the box was cracked opened, with no seal, or in a delivery bag. So I called the store and let the shift lead know. She said she would remake it and have her driver come back because he just delivered an order (which was mine). After I expressed my concerns about how it was delivered and the fact the box was not sealed and it was cracked open. She assured me that she would have my order remade and will make sure it’s sealed. Second order arrived, the seal was barely on the box and it was even more open than the last. I called right back and was told that I had to wait for the manager to come in the next day since she was only the shift lead and she wasn’t able to get an answer from the call center due to the time of night. Completely bull! I will never order from them again. This was 12/11/25 around 9:30 pm

    Pizzas good . If you want boneless “wings” get the ones at Pizza Hut. The ones here taste like cold rubber straight out of the microwave.
