  CAVA IS AMAZING! The food is SUPER fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Every bowl is colorful, healthy, and absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly, the portions are generous, and the whole experience feels vibrant and satisfying. One of the BEST fast-casual restaurants out there! I’ll definitely come back… ❤️

  Okay so like not only was the food REALLY good but it looked clean. I really liked the atmosphere because not only did the food look clean but the place too. I think the manager is doing a very good job at running this place smooth and thats rare these days. Thats why i 100% recommend this Cava Location!

  Everyone has a different experience everywhere. I had never been here before. I was told about this place by a co-worker and believe me when I got back to work, I was ready to ARGUE with her for it! LOL! I'm not knocking the food, but they give you more meat than roce- which is thought was strange. I had asked the one lady (who I felt acted as a high schooler-what something was and she threw and had the BIGGEST attitude! She told me what was and what was in it, but didn't state all of the ingredients( Lord forbid anybody had an allergic reaction). I then told her I'll take a little of it but before I could say what, she had already slammed and threw the food in into the bowl. I asked she to please remove what she had just threw into the bowl and put it into a side dish She had a big attitude about THAT! I asked for someone else to assist me. The manager, who has the most unattractive tattoos I feel if you work in a restaurant- looks unprofessional- walked up and said that she would have to do it because she works here with an even WORSE attitude than the first employee displayed. I will NOT return to this location. The food is.....OK...nothing to really rant n rave about. It is not worth thirteen dollars and for the bad atitudes...... I'll prefer to stick with Chipotle for the service AND the food is just as good. People ALWAYS got to have the worse DRAMA!

  My friend and I stopped by CAVA for lunch, and it was a really good experience. I went with the veggie option, and it did not disappoint. I built my bowl with rice, black lentils, hummus, crazy feta, harissa, red pepper hummus, fiery broccoli 🥦, roasted corn, tomato onion, spicy sauce, garlic dressing, and skhug dressing and the flavors came together so well. Every bite had a nice balance of spice, freshness, and creaminess. I also tried the new white sweet potatoes, and I absolutely loved them. The flavors were on point, and the sauces and dressings really elevate the whole meal. On the side, we had the sumac sour cream & onion pita chips, and I genuinely loved those too super flavorful and a perfect add-on. Overall, a fresh, vibrant, and satisfying lunch spot. Definitely coming back.

  Came for lunch 2/6/26 around 1:20pm. I understand the rush lunch hour but honestly if the workers feel overwhelmed ask your manager to hire more help or find another job. Workers were not welcoming and for it to be my first time I needed a second to see what all I wanted (well I was rushed through the line) my plate was miles ahead of me and workers were throwing around food with attitudes. **Only the cashier was friendly and helpful she deserves recognition. Food was mediocre- has potential but I think because of the staff nothing was fresh everything was either really low or empty so they were scraping the bottom out to dish out my food…… my chicken and steak was burnt. I was charged for extra hummus that I didn’t receive. Im really upset about how rude and nonchalant the server was. Overall, I will give CAVA another try, but definitely NOT the SUGARLAND location because the flavor was good and I could tell it definitely has great potential it was just this location and experience.
