  Taco Bell Sugar Land on William Trace blvd has the worse staff and service ! I have been going there for years because it’s on my way to work. I have had drinks spill on me, given the wrong orders, been refused to use my rewards, and employees speak rudely many many times. But the last straw was when on 12/13/26 Marisol who has given bad service many many times gave me my food. My receipt clearly indicates no beef. When my son started to eat the chips and taco supreme dip it had chunks of beef in it. My son is very picky eater and gags if he bits on something unexpected. I took the dip to Marisol and calmly explained the situation. Her response was “there is no beef in that” I squeezed a pea size beef between my fingers and said what is this. I was still very calm and almost whispering because I didn’t want to attract attention. Marisol responded well I’m only going to give you the same amount you left in the container. I told her I never asked for a replacement. I’m just telling you to be cautious in the future so you won’t do this to someone who doesn’t eat beef for religious reasons. Marisol continued to satire at me and never apologized or offended a refund. I asked what’s her name and she answered with an extremely exaggerated tone “MARISOL” I called the Taco Bell customer service twice to complain and they asked for my email address and phone number and promised they will call me back. Today is almost 5 weeks and NO ONE FROM TACO BELL CUSTOMER COMPLAIN DEPARTMENT HAS CALLED ME YET!

  Rude, rude, rude. Stopped this morning. My hasbrown was just tossed under my burrito and got crushed. Asked for ketchup, didn't get any. Sat and honked to try and get attention from someone at drive through. They didn't or wouldn't come -even though I could partially see them. I don't think I will stop here anymore

  Im not going back to any taco bell again. The service was great but the food quality has gone down tremendously.

  Very dirty and disgusting place. There is a HUGE spider web on window the tables are sticky and the atmosphere makes you wanna puke and not eat there. This place needs a good power wash on the inside and a whole new staff with a good remodeling to make me eat there again

  The service at this establishment was exceptionally prompt, and the cuisine was outstanding, making it one of the finest Taco Bell experiences I have encountered.
