  Took my four year old to get chicken nuggets and French fries and he got food poisoning. He’s been vomiting for the past 7 hours. I’m taking him to the emergency room and will seek legal counsel to see about filing a lawsuit. This place is trash and should be burned to the ground.

  Attempted to order a #1 with no onions or tomatoes and was told by order taker that it comes with pickles and onions… I replied that’s great but I do not want onions… his response was to repeat that it comes with pickles and onions and then told me have a nice day and disconnected….

  Awesome place, open late. Food is delicious and staff is amazing. It's always clean and my orders have been accurate so far. It's really cold inside so I recommend taking a sweater if you're going to eat in. Thank you Whataburger for excellent service, prices and maintaining the size of the food and drinks. I am very grateful for that.

  There hasnt been one time that I came here and my ONE drink comes out within a reasonable amount of time. Waited 13 minutes and at the very least 6. The employees also have bad hygiene. edit***13 minutes turned into 19. Wasted my lunch here.

  The one at Sugarland was horrible. 75 percentage ordering screens weren't working. I sat for 20 mins with Noone asking me if I needed help after driving to 5 different ordering screens.
