First the waiter we got discouraged me from the drink I ordered saying it not a good choice and customers always send it back, so I proceeded to order something else. When our food came out our order was wrong and the waiter tried to tell me I was wrong when I told him I was missing an item I ordered then said it would be an extra charge in a condescending manner, like sir I know that. He came by twice and asked if we wanted more chips and we said yes, chips never came we also got no refills. Then he asked if we came there often, I said occasionally and he walked off like the rewards program wasn't worth pitching it to me. It made me feel racially profiled than anything honestly and made my husband upset. The food was good and we are always a pretty overly generously great tippers but today he didn't get anything from us. Waiters shouldn't judge a book by its cover. Won't be coming back Texas Roadhouse would be a better option.

Then after waiting for almost an hour they had already sat everyone else in the waiting area(even people that came in after us) they still said it was another 45 minutes to two hours then. needless to say we left. for a long time Landry member and patron of this location. very disappointed with the level of service. will not be going back to this one and no more recommendations to them either.
