  If I could give 10 stars , I would. Tam and the managers provided the absolute best customer service I have experienced in my 22 years of existence. Tam and the managers recommended all the best items on the menu and greeted us the most warm welcome to the restaurant. This is my first time coming to pappsitos and I would love to start coming here more often.

  We had the best experience here. The hostess was welcoming and friendly.Tam, our server had amazing customer service and was very attentive. When you come here make sure you ask for him!! Even on a busy Friday night, he made sure he was on top of everything and that we were satisfied. Tam made sure our food came out correct and fresh and that we left happy. The managers were also very friendly and helpful.

  I contacted Pappasito’s Cantina to plan my grandmother’s 100th birthday dinner for 25 people and was essentially told they weren’t interested in accommodating us. For a Saturday night, the only options offered were to “walk in and see what happens” or split into separate tables with no guarantee of sitting together. I was even told to change the celebration to lunch instead. No effort was made to find a solution, and no option to secure a reservation with a deposit was offered. Turning away a 100th birthday celebration of this size without even trying to accommodate it is poor service and a bad business model. We will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere.

  Hailey was the sweetest waitress! Food was absolute perfection. As usual, I always get the chicken steak fajitas, But this time I treated myself to desserts !

  Really cool place. This was my first time at a Pappasito's and it did not disappoint. Mostly because of the atmosphere. We were seated outside on the patio on a beautiful day, which felt even nicer being from up north. Service was good and the portions were huge. If I weren't travelling I would have taken leftovers home. Definitely would come back if I'm in the Houston area or would check out another one of their locations in the chain.
