  Kristina made me experience feel very welcoming & personal !! I ordered my food on the kiosk and accidentally chose the wrong bread option, she made a simply easy fix . I genuinely appreciate her patience & understanding!!! This is my new permanent location!

  This used to be our go-to spot for healthier fast food, but the quality has dropped while prices keep rising. $8 for a small kids’ soup is too much! The dining area felt dirty and poorly maintained during recent visits, and there were some weird people with bad smell staying for long periods, cursing and talking to themselves, which made the environment uncomfortable for families with kids . I hope management improves cleanliness and maintains a more welcoming dining atmosphere.

  The food's good since I get more meal for my money when I prepare my own so I can't afford to eat their food. I am a sip club member that comes in when I can and I'm relying on them giving me coupons which doesn't happen often enough when I do get the option to use the coupon. I do come in and get a sandwich and I'm very happy. So right now I have keep receiving coupons the dollar off of the sandwich and that is not enough of a coupon for me to use it , so they just stack up and expire

  Awful in every way. First and foremost, you need to employee staff that can resolve customer issues properly and not just walk away when spoken to. Seemed like no one cared or could even help. Secondly, better sanitation! The bathroom sink floods with water so clearly something is stuck in the drain and there was no paper towels being dispensed…had to wash my hands in a puddle of water then use those same wet hands to touch the dirty bathroom handle to get out of the bathroom. Also The guy at the counter used the SAME gloves he handles cash with to also pick up pastries. They also didn’t have the soup we ordered. The girl handing us our food has her bare finger in my plate touching my bread. Our table was also dirty! The place was filthy! YES customers DO notice these things! Proper food handling and sanitation is a MUST. Never going back.

  Dear Customer Service Manager, I am writing to report a negative experience I had this morning at the Panera Bread location at 1928 Hwy 6, Sugar Land, Texas 77478. After placing my order, the cashier, Christopher, accepted my payment and then used the same gloved hand to handle the pastry I had ordered. Although he was wearing gloves, I was concerned about cross-contamination since he had just handled money. When I brought this to his attention, he repeatedly stated that he was wearing gloves, but did not address my concern. I then requested that my order be canceled and that I receive a refund. He went to speak with someone in the back, and a woman—who I assume was the manager—came to assist me. Unfortunately, she did not make eye contact and offered an explanation rather than an apology, stating that the cashier was new. While I understand that new employees are still learning, I expected a more professional and empathetic response. In the past, I have consistently received excellent service at other Panera Bread locations in the Houston area. I am sharing this experience in hopes that steps can be taken to improve customer service at this particular location. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Sincerely,
