I was hoping for an authentic Middle Eastern experience at Kabob Cafe, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations.
I ordered the lamb gyro and chicken shawarma. The lamb gyro was served on what was described as pita bread, but it was extremely fragile and fell apart quickly, making it difficult to eat. The toppings leaned heavily on tomatoes, with only minimal lettuce and onions. Overall, the flavors were quite mild and lacked the depth and richness you would expect from a traditional gyro.
The chicken shawarma was also underwhelming. It had a similar issue with too many tomatoes and not enough flavor. Some of the chicken pieces were quite tough, and a few were difficult to eat, which took away from the experience.
What made this more disappointing was the price. For the cost, I expected a much higher level of quality and flavor. Unfortunately, the meal didn’t deliver on either.
I don’t mind paying for good food, but in this case, the value just wasn’t there. Based on this visit, I wouldn’t return.
Kabob we had fish and chicken, both are delicious. Must try place !!!

Fantastic. Melt-in-your-mouth tender meat. My family and I came here for dinner, and guys, this place was absolutely delicious. I got the KC kabob plate. The koubideh was flavorful and juicy. Our kids each got the kids meal with the koubideh, and they wolfed that down in a few minutes! My daughter ordered the Paneer curry. Perfect blend of creamy spices with just the right amount of heat. Great portions!
The staff was so nice, and the owner gave our kids juice. Thank you for being so friendly! Everyone needs to try this place. It’s now going to be our new favorite place to frequent!
Great food, both flavor and visual appeal. Service was amazing and they do discount if you pay cash and/or order food through their apps/online. Will definitely come back again!
