No there wasn't AND then it was "new systems" fauly, then I waa told they were out of to go seasoning. Then I was asked to remove my bags off the counter bc he needed the space. My almost $150 order, 3bags of wings were on the counter for the 1minute i waited to get some more seasoning. Just rude rude rude. I'm done.

When I got to the Richmond store amd realized my wife jad accidentally called the wrong store, I called her to let her know. I meanwhile reordered. A very rude person at Lexington said they could not refund because they had already made the meal and she took too long!! I called up to the store and that same rude man started insulting me saying I sounded like a Michael, insulted me further and said we must be poor to demand a 20 dollar refund! He refused to refund . I left a message with the corporate office in Mesquite TX and will call them Monday. This person should be fired and my wife's card should be fully refunded. The guy at the Lexington st Sugar factory store said he hated the job anyway. This is inexcusable! Demand a refund, an apology to my wife and this guy terminated.
