  I got the wrong order. The order arrived late and cold, and instead of 8 regular hot flats, I received pop corn chicken pieces. Very disappointing customer service and lack of accountability. No refund whatsoever he Joshua asked me to go tomorrow to speak to the manager .. which it did not make sense, he asked me what was the right order I thought he is gonna fix it but he didn’t he was going to charge me again for that order when clearly they did the mistake - no refund either

  They messed up my order by not sealing the bag and I called back the same day and spoke to a guy who said he is the manager and will remake it but when Incalled for the remake a woman said she is the GM and overrode the previous manager’s promise and told me that she needs “area manager” approval for the remake but no one called me back. When I called to follow up she keeps saying the area manager will call me

  So disapppinted in the service! I don't do bad reviews often at all but I frequent wingstop and when i questioned where the seasoning was on my fries i was told there was some. No there wasn't AND then it was "new systems" fauly, then I waa told they were out of to go seasoning. Then I was asked to remove my bags off the counter bc he needed the space. My almost $150 order, 3bags of wings were on the counter for the 1minute i waited to get some more seasoning. Just rude rude rude. I'm done.

  The young guy with the fluffy hair named Joshua . He was so nice and helpful!! My food barely had any flavor, and fries had No seasoning! But he is the only reason I’m not giving a complete 1star!

  My wife and I usually call in and pay online for the store at 99 and 59 store in Richmond. My wife accidentally placed the order at the Lexington store in Sugarland. When I got to the Richmond store amd realized my wife jad accidentally called the wrong store, I called her to let her know. I meanwhile reordered. A very rude person at Lexington said they could not refund because they had already made the meal and she took too long!! I called up to the store and that same rude man started insulting me saying I sounded like a Michael, insulted me further and said we must be poor to demand a 20 dollar refund! He refused to refund . I left a message with the corporate office in Mesquite TX and will call them Monday. This person should be fired and my wife's card should be fully refunded. The guy at the Lexington st Sugar factory store said he hated the job anyway. This is inexcusable! Demand a refund, an apology to my wife and this guy terminated.
