The worker was still taking out ingredients while making my order, the toaster wasn’t warmed up, and the only cookies available were from the previous day. Very disappointing experience both times.

I’ve been coming here for nearly 20 years, and this location has become absolutely terrible. Every single time I place an online order, it’s wrong. Not once or twice — every single time. I end up having to go back, and instead of taking responsibility, the staff are rude, dismissive, and act like it’s somehow my fault. There’s never an apology, never an offer to make it right — just complete indifference. This place has gone from decent to downright awful. The service is lazy, the attitude is unprofessional, and the quality control is nonexistent. I can see why it’s rated 3 stars, but honestly, that’s generous — this location has turned into absolute garbage.
