  Not very welcoming. Also I always wash my hands before and after eating and this location as wells others keep their door locked for the restroom. CFA and Whataburger is much better. Will not be coming back

  I came in around 4pm today and I got a footlong sandwich, assuming I can use a coupon code I had on my phone. I got to the register and the lady checking me out said I wasn’t able to use it and she didn’t give me a reason why and she said no promotion code is popping up on her computer after I repeatedly showed her a coupon code she probably had to type in. She steady didn’t want to help or try to even help me find a solution to get my coupon for my sandwich, she was just in a rush to go help the next customer. I didn’t appreciate this customer service and I will be attaching a picture of my receipt with the Host ID # since I didn’t catch her name. No where on my coupon did it say I can’t use it in person, it wasn’t just an online coupon.

  The staff is always so rude here. I went to get a sandwich with 3 toppings only. The server complained when I asked for more pickles, saying you only get 3 of each. Meaning three pickle slices. I thought this was supposed to be sandwiches made our way. Management should realize this is why your customers are decreasing. Hire and train staff that are friendly and honest and don't have a ration mindset with customers getting a simple meal.

  Employee never greeted me. I believe its because he was on the phone. In fact, his phone was in his hand the whole time he serviced me. I called 3 times and no one answered. I was in the parking lot. So I was able to see that there was no one in the store to where they couldn't answer the phone. This is not the first time I have had issues with rude behavior. Today I had enough. To blatantly stand in my face and tap on his phone while he's also tapping on the. Register to take my payment. I feel it's very rude. He could have at least put the phone down just for a second to complete my order. This guy has only been there for a few months and I've had 3 run ins with him. To where I felt I was treated less than a customer and very rudely. I have been coming in this Subway for years. Since about 2015. And this is the worst it's ever been.
