Got out went to the speaker where you walk up and let the guy know what happened. he told me OK wait a minute so I stood there for five minutes until the young man that was taking orders out to cars stopped and asked me what was wrong so I explained it to him what happened and he took the chili cheese tater tots and said he would be back. So I stood there for another 10 minutes waiting for them to bring me cheese, tater tots. Three cars had already passed through the drive-through when I finally decided to leave because all of my families food was getting cold. And it didn’t seem like they really wanted to help me. The girl in the back was cooking with one hand and talking on her phone with the other. So I ended up paying for tater tots w/cheese and the chili that I didn’t ask for and left without them. didn’t want money back. All I wanted was New tater tots. Got home and all the food was cold and lost my appetite thanks sonic..

THE LAST TIME WE CAME HERE, THE GENTLEMAN THAT SERVED US TOOK HER CARD INSIDE TO PROCESS THE PAYMENT INSTEAD OF PROCESSING IN FRONT OF US. WHICH WE THOUGHT WAS ODD. WE REMEMBER THIS FELLOW AS WELL. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!
- ZFzach floresSep 3, 20251.0This location stole 150$ from my mom’s debit card. Do not go here, it’s always a problem with this location , food is terrible service is not great either . The booths might be hacked or something by scammers .
