My grandson had a kids steak which was also overdone, I had to slice so thin to make it edible. He ate about three bites for a three year old. Waitress didn’t notice that he didn’t eat, and didn’t offer to take it off. My salmon was taken off but manager said they would make another, after 15 minutes I had it cancelled. For the price you pay for an entree, drink and salad , and there tip suggested and added to you bill, it should be cooked correctly. Salt grass needs to do better.
