I came to pick up a DoorDash order, and no one assisted me the entire time. One of the workers looked right at me but continued to walk a round instead of helping. I waited about 10 minutes, and when an employee finally came out, they helped two people who arrived after me. The energy in the store felt off, and the whole experience was just uncomfortable. Definitely not the kind of service or atmosphere you’d expect from Panera.
