I come to this Jimmy John’s 3–4 times a week and usually have a good experience.
Today I ordered a Hunter’s Club, but I was given a Country Club sandwich that contained pork. I politely told the employee that I didn’t order this and that I don’t eat pork.
Instead of apologizing, the employee reacted angrily, threw the sandwich into the trash, and had a very rude attitude. I felt disrespected.
Mistakes happen, but customer service and basic respect matter — especially when a dietary or religious concern is involved.
I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t experience the same behavior.
Now time 5.02pm I hope manager look camera like 5-10 minutes ago and will see

Very disappointed that they got rid of the sliced wheat bread. Now I have to drive further to the Missouri city location.
