The young guy responded, "it's just a smoothie". We weren't even welcomed with a smile or a hello to begin with and the question I had was simple and polite. Stay home if you are having a bad day. Awful atmosphere and overall service, will never return.

I came to use T-Mobile coupon which was sent to millions of customers, and immediately was told, that this coupon doesn't work, they tried yesterday. One girl was standing there with Ipad in hand and doing "paint by numbers", (not only NOT helping but keep distracting the other sales person) the other (assistant manager) was trying to help and was very attentive, but as coupon was grey-out, she gave up, so I asked het to over right, and she told me only manager can do, so I asked to call manager, and she did. Manager wasn't helpful at all and told me to contact CORPORATE - for coupon problem??? What are your powers as manager if you can even adjust $4 coupon??? And then...we "move" to corporate...what a joke. It took them 4 days to reply and answer was: "we can't help you because the offer expired" Thinking.....how is that my fault???? Ps. on the top of that they didn't even have on the menu what I originally wanted.... NEVER coming back.
