When I asked to speak with someone else, she told me I could not. I had to insist repeatedly just to be allowed to speak with a supervisor. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was disappointing. I just moved to this area and I am used to HEB always providing excellent customer service. I expected much better from HEB.
