I asked for organic iceberg lettuce, and when there wasn’t any in the section he was stocking, he directed me to another area. Moments later, he returned with a fresh box straight from the back, opened it with a smile, and let me pick the best heads. Truly exceptional service! At checkout, Ashley W was patient and kind when several post-holiday markdown items didn’t ring up correctly. She carefully corrected each price to ensure I was charged properly—great attention to detail. Luz, the bagger, exceeded expectations too. While Ashley fixed the pricing issues, Luz proactively scanned larger items and anything that didn’t need bagging, speeding up the process and making everything smoother. Her genuine smile and positive attitude were unmatched. This level of teamwork, positive attitude, and genuine care isn’t my first experience at HEB, but these three made a real positive impact. Thank you, German, Ashley, and Luz—you deserve recognition! Highly recommend this store for the unbeatable selection, value, and service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
