My daughter, who sees the good in everyone always, and I came here for a drink and when ordering she told the broista (happy birthday again!) that today was pink day. A regular “neat!” Would have made her happy but he went inside after we paid and when we got the the window a lady gave her a pinkish sticker and the guy who’s birthday it was had absolutely decked out a cup for her as well. Truly above and beyond customer service. We will be back REGULARLY.

I also tried the food, and the chorizo wrap and maple waffle are my favorites. Special shoutout to Jaid for always being super friendly and making my coffee delicious! We come back for the people and will even go the extra mile to go to this location. They make the drinks well and know my order to a T. Even if there are off days and there was a mistake with the drink, they always rectify it immediately and go above and beyond. Ryan trains her staff well and people have to keep in mind you can't always control other people's actions. Love working with Jade, Melissa, Zaneba (so sorry if I misspelled your name) and the rest of the crew. Love the drinks and how custom you make it. That soft top is something I can't find anywhere else and the Nitro Cold brew has such a smooth taste and not as overly acidic as other places. The seasonal caramel pumpkin brulee flavor will always be my favorite next to the Kicker. My kid and pup approves the Ninja Shake and Pup Cup!

Ryen, Amanda, jaid, Brenna and zainab are my favorites! They always make me laugh and they truly do care about their customers. They know my order and they always ask me how my days going. That’s an amazing team right there if you ask me. Above all you can see that this crew goes above and beyond for each other as well the atmosphere is amazing. A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
