I work in the morning and stop by for coffee and food , I’m waiting at the speaker , nobody can answer the speaker , I said hello 3x with no reply , I then exit and see a young girl at the window laughing along with another worker , if they aren’t ready to take orders or there is a reason as to why they aren’t ready or will be a delay I expect at least a answer or a “hold” instead of being flat out ignored . As someone who’s worked fast food before it isn’t that difficult , and the proper thing to do is to apologize for the inconvenience not ignore a customer and wasting my time when I could’ve and should’ve gone elsewhere for coffee .

They will rip you off every chance they get and they will not make it right. They get the order wrong every single time and refuse to make it right. I will never return to any Dunkin ever especially this location.
