I got the name of the 2nd one, Chris. I’m not sure why he thought it was okay to start getting loud, acting out, literally cursing and dropping the n-word. The Hispanic guy was telling him to get off the register hence, bogo day, and everything broke out loose. For a min, he calmed down until I believe it was his friends, started rowding him up. That’s when he started yelling, cursing and getting confrontational with the other dude. He broke the door. I was on the verge of calling the cops because of how bad it got. I’m not sure the hiring process is for Chipotle is but, it’s very sad that the management is just hiring teenagers like this. Not a single manager on sight and none of the employees to diffuse the situation. On top of that, I’m happy the guy who took over with the glasses came in. Was very nice and accommodating. Chipotle do better.

Heard the cashier ask the staff twice "who is working on the online order?" so im pretty sure they didn't start my order until after i got there waited 10+ minutes in the store for my online order and in that time span, they had 2 customers. it would have been faster to order in the store versus online ordering but at least they got the order right Arrived at store for pick up time: 8:20 Back in my car @ 8:31

Multiple times now it’ll be several hours before closing and they’ll announce that they don’t have many of the ingredients available. I have family relatives who manage multiple chipotle stores and I know they have these ingredients in hand seems like the store employees just don’t want to bother preparing/pulling out more. Ridiculous.
