I have ordered delivery directly to the Charlie’s website, but they said that I have to complain to DoorDash about my incomplete order. I did not order through DoorDash. I even received a receipt and email saying that I have to complain to the store . Literally, they stole around 20 us ! I called to have the refund, and they hung up.
