  The food and service is always delicious and good. Carrabba's never disappoint you. Their flavors stay pretty consistent.

  We had a party of 14for my birthday dinner with family. We called ahead to notify the restaurant and when we arrived they wouldnt seat us until half od our party was there. This was a bit frustrating because we were not told this ahead of time and there isnt much room at the entrance for seating while we had to wait for the rest of our party. I understand this policies purpose but there were literally only 3 occupied tables in the entire restaurant. We had one server with no assistance so there were frequent empty drinks and lack of bread. Other than that the food was fantastic as always.

  My co-workers and I have dined here several times for lunch each year for about two years now. We have not had a single issue. The food has always been well plated, the right temperature and delicious. The staff and management have always been super nice without being overly intrusive. A nice variety of seasonal items mixed with can’t go wrong staple items mean you always have a safe bet for menu options, but servers like Dunia make awesome suggestions without being pushy. She is by far our favorite server and her personality and attention make the overall dining experience well worth the small margin spent above a fast food or casual dining option. When someone suggests Carrabba’s, everyone agrees on paying Dunia a visit and leaving well pleased and well fed. Thanks Dunia and Carrabba’s!

  Poor Carrabas has really fallen since post covid. Barely 2 entrees on the menu under 20 with one side. I didnt take a picture of the menu, but nothing online even compares to the menu we were given. My $19.49 lasagna tasted like a frozen lasagna or Sysco food, with fresh marinara over the top. Who does that, the sauce hadn't even rendered down. I was able to choose soup or salad and the caesar was fine. I really wanted to try a homemade lasagna with the sauce baked in. Sigh. My husband ordered a fettucine dish with sliced meat and shrimp, closer to $27, and he liked it. The best part of our dinner was the herb and oil mix served along side bread, (which is different now also.) The promoted dessert was a frozen mousse, that should have never been created. Each bite, that didn't melt into the consistency of a spilled milkshake, was followed by a cloying texture in your mouth that is unpleasant. I'm a big baker and chocolate lover, and I left it on the plate. Please chef, put the mousse in a dessert cup and serve it chilled. This was not pleasant. Sadly, our server was distracted. I wont say her name, because she wasnt good nor horrible- just robotic. That's the best I can say. We received our orders, but there was no conversation or genuine smile. She was going through the motions or it felt like she sized us up as soon as we said we didnt want appetizers or cocktails. They had a special to order a take out entree for $10, so we ordered 2 for our kids at home. Lasagna (i could only buy something of same or lesser value) and chicken Marsala (my favorite). She sadly forgot to offer us a side so we received lasagna and a cup of soup, and chicken marsala which was literally 1 breast of pounded chicken with 10 mushrooms on top. I have never felt so cheated. To add insult to an extremely overpriced meal $95 without tip!, We received the wrong ticket at the end and had to find the waitress to correct her mistake. This was our date night place pre-covid. Sadly, We won't be back when I can make the same meals for 1/10th of the price and know they are prepared from scratch. It was Saturday at 1:45pm.
