  My family's to go, when you dont understand what to cook or eat. We absolutely love their pizzas, breads sticks and chocolate lava cake.

  The worse of the worse. I place an order at 12:02 and it's 1:44 pm and haven't received my delivery order. They said the could found my order, but the money was taken from my account. I have proof of the calls and bank statements.

  Unprofessional, was hung up on by employee, manager aware, didn't apologize for employee hanging up on. Wanted to deliver pizza that was made over 45 minutes ago. Offered to make me another pizza if I could come and pick it up, explained i currently didn't have my car or i would have picked it up inthe first place. Very disappointed.

  Never again will I order dominoes they do bare minimum and for what ? Because I got a deal on the 19.99 two medium pizzas and two breadsticks. Pizza was cold probably from an order no one picked up then common since should tell you to ask a customer if they want sauce for breadsticks m. He was so annoyed with taking my order I guess he just wanted me off the phone I really want my money back. They didn’t even ask if I needed drinks

  if i could i would give this establishment a negative number all because of 1 person.My wife ordered what was supposed to be 2 large, 2 topping pizzas. The order was made online through the app where there was a special for those 2 pizzas at but when I made it home the pizzas were medium instead, mind you she paid an extra 3 dollars for them to be made stuff crust. I called the restaurant to let them know that the pizzas were the incorrect size. The young man that answered was dismissive and really didn't want to talk about so he said, "to send pictures to a certain number so they can see the receipt and fix the problem". I took pictures of the pizza along with the receipt and whoevers phone that was said that they were correct. How if the pizza boxes clearly says medium and the receipt says 2 large pizzas? Then the person proceeded to tell me that the stuffed crust only comes in medium. And if they only come in medium why did my wife pay an extra 3 dollars to get them made in large? The problem wasn't resolved and I told the person that I was texting that I would get corporate involved said, "ok cool". This person's customer service was abysmal and this person needs to be considered for termination. It was unprofessional for me to have to send pictures to an unknown number. My wife and I come to this Dominos because its been an exceptional establishment that makes their pizzas very good but today was a disappointing one, this was our dinner we were having after coming home from a funeral of our loved one only to be met with unsatisfactory service. I hope they find better employees that has an above average customer service. Corporate will be notified... thank you and have a blessed day...
