  I had an unexpected situation this morning at Chick-fil-A around 7 AM when my car broke down in the drive-thru right after placing my breakfast order. It could have easily turned into a stressful experience, but the team handled it with genuine care. A manager, I believe his name was Chris, was walking in for his shift when I let him know what was going on. Without hesitation, he stepped in to help. He and another employee went out of their way to push my car out of the lane and safely into a parking space so traffic wouldn’t be backed up. After everything was settled, he asked for my name, remembered my order, and personally brought it out to me. He didn’t charge me and simply said, “One less thing for you to worry about.” That level of kindness and thoughtfulness is rare. It wasn’t just good service. It was genuine humanity, and it truly made a difference in my day. This is exactly the kind of care that keeps people coming back.

  There's been a management change to this location a few months back. The recent service seems...dull compared to what it was back then. Drive thru was quick and easy. Dine in is a mess. Where they used to keep another section of the condiments and kids mats in the middle of the restaurant, they took that away and only kept the napkins and plasticware. I didn't even know where to go to get the other items but found it was behind the main entrance. Dining in, I ordered a cobb salad. I don't know if it was an off day or not, but I had chicken crumbs...which wasn't pleasant to eat. When I used to order, the chicken pieces used to be bigger. Also, the service was terrible that day because I had to flag them down for my condiments, straws, drinks, and grabbed my own fork. Historically, they were all provided when the food came out. Kids meal was decent portion so no complaints there. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt on the dine in for that day so I've docked off 1 star.

  Chick-fil-A is honestly my go-to place whenever I’m hungry. I love the food there because it’s always fresh, hot, and consistent. No matter which location I go to, the quality is the same, and that’s something I really appreciate. The chicken is always crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the flavor never disappoints. One of my favorite things to order is the classic chicken sandwich with waffle fries and their sauce. The fries are perfectly seasoned and crispy, and the sauce just makes everything even better. I also like that the menu has different options, whether I want something simple or something more filling. On top of the food, the customer service is always great. The workers are polite and fast, and my order is usually ready quickly. Overall, Chick-fil-A is my go-to spot because I know I’ll always get good food and a good experience.
