It isn't ethical to hand a customer fries that look as though they were cooked in OLD oil and left out for awhile until someone decided to grab them to hand them to someone- ESPECIALLY when I specifically asked for FRESHER FRIES! I'm not sure if that was intentional, but I now know to make sure I CHECK the bag before I leave. I noticed that he had the bad folded when they don't normally fold the bag. This location also NEVER answers their phone. Pitiful place of business. Beware of careless workers. They even look as though they don't give two craps about their job when you look at them.
- WMWayne McKinneyDec 20, 20255.0This Chick-fil-A (CfA) is quite good. I've been going there at First Colony Mall for several years now. It never fails to amaze me just how popular this CfA is! I suspect the prices might be higher than they are outside the Mall, but the workers inside more than compensate. Though a lot of employees seem to cycle through, some others seem more permanent. No matter how crowded this CfA can get, the employees seem to keep their cool quite well. I do wish the condiments & straws table was back, but other than that, I would change nothing else!

The first time, I went through the drive through and I ordered sprite for both myself and my boy and I got water instead and today, my sandwich is missing. I don’t know why they do this. I have being calling their number and no one is picking up. I am coming tomorrow to get my sandwich and I will be coming with the receipt. I see no reason why I will pay for my food and it is not complete.
