  I came to Buffalo Wild Wings in Sugarland and was told by the GM, Mike, that “because I ordered food to go through the app that I could not eat inside of the restaurant even though I was going to order drinks and only ordered through the app because of the extended wait time for our food on our previous visit”. I have never heard that you cannot eat the food from the restaurant in the restaurant before. I thought this was so rude and horrible service. I won’t come back here.

  When we walked in, the music was extremely loud. We nicely asked if they could turn it down. While we were eating. Someone turned it back up, louder than it was. Then, I asked the manager kindly if he could turn it down. When we were getting ready to leave the bartender, turned the music extremely loud that a large table complained to the manager. Honestly, I am not even sure if he was the manager. He had no name tag. I had gone to the restroom but my sister and friend said it was ridiculously loud. My husband was so upset, he said he would never go back

  Horrible customer service at this location today. The curly-haired employee at the counter clearly did not want to be there or dislikes his job. Several people walked in and out without even receiving a simple greeting or a “thank you.” I placed a mobile order specifically so I wouldn’t have to wait. When I arrived, there was no greeting just an expressionless stare as he handed me my order. I immediately noticed my order was incorrect. I had ordered a six-piece combo that includes fries and a drink, but only the chicken was given to me. When I mentioned this, he simply said “it didn’t ring up.” I showed him the charge on my app and even past orders where I’ve ordered the exact same combo at the same price. Instead of explaining the issue or offering a solution, he just kept repeating that it didn’t ring up and stared at me as if I was supposed to figure out what that meant. Eventually he said he would get the manager, but I was left waiting while the manager was on the phone and the manager never actually came over. After several minutes, I was finally told, “you’re getting your fries.” Well, of course I am that’s what I ordered and paid for. I then had to ask for my drink as well, which was also part of the combo. I ended up waiting even longer just to receive the fries. The whole situation could have been handled much better with basic communication and customer service. At the very least, an apology from the manager for the inconvenience would have gone a long way. Needless to say, they seriously need to work on customer service at this location. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

  This location is delicious and always has excellent service! Food is always as ordered and TVs everywhere so you can't miss your favorite sport!
