  There was more horseradish mayo on my sandwich than there was meat. Every bite is absolutely drenched in horseradish mayo. The staff was rude and talking to other staff about how they didn’t care cause it was their last week anyway.

  Stephenville folks are usually pretty friendly, but boy I found a sour employee here at Jimmy John’s. No greeting, rolled his eyes as I was giving him cash, and no thank you. Acted like I was inconveniencing him. Literally just threw the sandwiches together and sat them there without a word. Y’all need to work on your customer service skills…

  I'll give this location a chance, but my take out experience was less than ideal. I was expected to look for the order myself, prepare the drink myself and grab my own napkins (super lame and out of the usual for Jimmy's). At that rate, I might as well have ordered in store.
